SL4NT 3.2 - New Features

Fixes:
The following problems have been fixed in SL4NT 3.2:
- If <Derived> is specified as Facility value in a Forward
Syslog Message Action, forwarded syslog messages are sent with incorrect
facility and priority codes.
- If the configured time zone does not use daylight saving time (e.g. Tokyo
Standard Time), SMTP messages sent by a Send E-Mail Message Action
contain an incorrect message date.
New features:
- Support for automatic creation of new log files every hour.
- Support was added for receiving syslog messages over TCP, when the message
text is terminated by a NUL character.
